Ordering & Shipping
When will it ship?
As a rule, on the next business day after the order is received.
Where is it shipped from?
From Aying, south of Munich.
What are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, €6.19. For deliveries within Europe, costs vary by country. You will see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, usually 1 to 2 business days after shipping, so typically 2 to 3 business days from ordering. Within Europe, 2 to 5 business days after shipping, usually 3 to 6 business days in total.
Watch
How accurate is the watch?
−0/+15 seconds per day after our regulation. The factory specification for the movement is −20/+40 seconds per day. We regulate every watch much more precisely before it leaves our facility.
Is every watch regulated?
Yes. Every F38 ND is regulated by hand in 5 positions before shipping: dial up, crown up, crown down, crown left, crown right, exactly the positions that actually occur on the wrist in everyday life, rather than the single position common in mass production.
How does the water resistance work?
The F38 ND is water-resistant to 100 m. The case back and crown are each sealed with two O-rings. This is sufficient for washing hands, rain, showering, and swimming. Not suitable for scuba diving, sauna, or hot tubs. Heat causes the seals to age faster. Always press the crown in firmly before contact with water and never operate it under water.
Can I swim with the watch?
Yes, without any issues at 100 m water resistance. Press the crown in beforehand; do not operate it while swimming.
What wrist sizes does it fit?
The NATO strap measures 30 cm. This fits most wrists from approximately 15 to 22 cm in circumference, depending on the chosen buckle position.

How long is the warranty?

Where can the watch be serviced?
The Seiko NH38 movement is a widely used standard caliber. It can be serviced by practically any watchmaker, not just us.
Can the strap be changed?
Yes. The lug width is 20 mm, a standard measurement compatible with most NATO and leather straps on the market.
Returns & Warranty
How do returns work?
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt of the goods. You can find details under Right of Withdrawal.
What happens with a worn watch?
We generally cannot accept returns of visibly worn watches, except after prior consultation and at our discretion.
